Invisalign
Without use of wires, an orthodontic treatment method that can be freely taken out.
What is Invisalign?
Invisalign is an orthodontic treatment system that utilizing mouthpieces.
In comparison to conventional orthodontic equipment (that utilizes brackets and wires), these transparent mouthpieces are inconspicuous and allow you to take them off with ease.
For those reasons, you gain the benefit of eating meals without issue and the number of required visits to your orthodontist is much lower.

What are the differences compared to conventional orthodontic treatment?
Invisalign Correction

Conventional Wire Correction
Braces are fixed to the teeth so teeth brushing is difficult. More painful. Appearance is unpleasant. Stands out.

Invisalign Comprehensive Package (For Adults)
For those that want to take their time or want to correct their teeth in their entirety.
Invisalign Comprehensive Package
The Invisalign Comprehensive Package allows for an unlimited number of mouthpieces so those that need complicated corrections or require corrections to entire rows of teeth are suitable.
Those that have used Invisalign usually required under 50 mouthpieces but there have been cases where those that required complicated corrections or needed large teeth movements have gone beyond that number.
If during treatment you would like to change your treatment plan, the comprehensive package has the flexibility to allow refinements until you are satisfied.

Invisalign Lite Package
Treatment focused on the frontal teeth.
What is the Invisalign Lite Package?
The Invisalign Lite Package is for treating the front portion of the teeth and is suitable for cases where light correction is needed.
By straightening the front teeth the patient’s impression will change and they will be able to smile with confidence.
The treatment cost is lower compared to the Invisalign Comprehensive Package and is suitable for those who want to correct only a portion of their teeth.

Invisalign First (For Children)
Orthodontic treatment for children prepared by Invisalign.
What is Invisalign First?
In its conception Invisalign was designed for correcting teeth alignment in adults, but the development of Invisalign First has allowed mouthpiece alignment correction for children.
With conventional correction in children, the focus is in widening or enlarging the jaw so teeth can emerge in their desired positions.
Invisalign First utilizes the same methods to widen or enlarge the jaw, with its main feature of allowing simultaneous correction.
Starting from age seven, when the patient usually has a mix of baby and adult teeth, the first stage of treatment can begin with mouthpiece correction.
Applicable conditions are that the first molar and at least two incisors (baby or adult teeth) have come out by at least 2/3rds.
It is also necessary to have at least two baby teeth (C,D,E) or unemerged adult teeth (3,4,5) in at least 3/4ths of the jaw.

High Precision Tooth Pattern 3D Scanning
「iTero element 5D Plus」
We have in our clinic a digital impression taking device (iTero element 5D plus) that we would like to showcase.
In order to achieve better results with Invisalign orthodontics, it is necessary to take precise tooth profiles. With the iTero element 5D Plus, we can scan the inside of the mouth in detail and convert it to 3D data. This results in a much more precise tooth mold than one taken with silicon.
In addition, iTero element 5D Plus allows us to run orthodontic treatment simulations called outcome simulations.
Outcome simulations show changes in teeth alignment after orthodontic treatment, making it possible to make predictions before actually starting treatment.

Aso Aligner
Mouthpieces with a quick manufacture turnaround.
What is Aso Aligner?
Treatment is possible for front teeth when there is no issue with bite or if it is to correct relapse of previous treatment. It is also suitable for closing gaps. Treatment with Aso Aligner (Clear Aligner) is difficult when tooth extraction is required, when there is large disagreement between the upper and lower jaws, or for complicated tooth control.
Mouthpiece type orthodontic device Aso Aligner allows for start of treatment after 14 days of the diagnosis on first visit.
This is one-third of the time required to manufacture Invisalign and back-side braces.
In addition, we will manufacture a new mouthpiece every other month so you can proceed with orthodontic treatment while being treated for cavities or root canal.
On the other hand, since it does not support complex tooth movements, it is only useful for cases where the amount of tooth movement needed is small, the teeth need correction from a relapse of previous orthodontic treatment, or pretreatment is needed for wired braces or Invisalign orthodontic correction.

Aso Aligner – Treatment Precautions
- Treatment is possible for front teeth when there is no issue with bite or if it is to correct relapse of previous treatment. It is also suitable for closing gaps. - Mouthpiece correction has a big advantage in that it can be removed, but since the patient has the ability to do so treatment efficacy is entirely their responsibility.
- Aso Aligner (Clear Aligner) is a treatment method that requires the full cooperation of the patient as corrective force is only applied when the mouthpiece is worn. It is desirable to wear it 17 hours a day including bedtime. If this is not met, the teeth will not move to the target position, the treatment period will have to be extended and you will not get satisfactory results.
- When eating something please remove the Aso Aligner (Clear Aligner).
- This is an orthodontic device whose management affects the treatment period and results, so it is important to understand it before use.
